Exchanges and Returns:
Thielsen accepts returns and exchanges through the mail if purchased directly from us. If a piece of Thielsen gear fails to meet your specifications or your expectations, we'll be happy to return or exchange it for you.
Please call 888.723.7556 or e-mail (email@example.com) our customer service department during our normal business hours (9:30am-5pm PST Monday through Friday) for a Return Authorization Number, and one of our service people will take down details of what you need to return or exchange. They will also let you know how to get the item to us.
Gear returned for credit or exchange must be in its original condition. We'll refund you the purchase price including sales tax but not including shipping and handling. Charges for shipping and insuring your package are your responsibility.
Please be sure to insure the contents of your package prior to shipping as Thielsen cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.
