In 1996 Thielsen Wildand Firefighting Equipment was created from the humble beginnings of single sewing machine in single wide garage.  With the vision of listening to idea’s and  input from you, the professional fire fighter and combining them with innovative designs James Vandagrift  has taken Thielsen to a national and internationally know company that produces and distributes some of the most durable and comfortable wildland gear globally available.

In 2013 we continue with that same vision, input and ideas are continually being reinvested into our product line to produce more comfortable, durable and safer equipment for you. This year we have some great redesigns of our existing line and some fresh ideas that we think you will like.  As always we welcome any further input and suggestions that might improve our products, or make them more to your liking.
