Load Master II

The Load Master II has the potential to meet almost every need you might have of a pack on the fireline.  This modular pack can be used as basic web gear with just a shelter, a small pack for prescribed burns or project work, or a full line pack with generous load carrying capabilities supported by a comfortable and stabilizing frame system. 

The Load Master II is comprised of the following components.

1. A H-style harness designed to contour to your hips and support your lower lumbar region.   Attached to the harness is a fire shelter case that can be accessed from either the left or the right.  This harness can be worn high on the hips or slung low.  

2.  A top loading pack with the three internal dividers that can be folded to the side when not in use, separate water bladder pocket, and hideaway fusee holders, a frame sheet and dual aluminum stays that provide maximum support by transferring the weight of the pack off of your lower back and onto your hips, while minimizing the dangerous side to side movements that other packs can have.

3. An easy to access removable top pocket allows for easy replacement or you can put in its place our First Aid Top Pocket

4.  The modular front pack can be attached to the pack or the harness  and has two pockets that each can hold a 32oz water bottle or a 30oz fuel bottle, and a center pocket with room to hold a long sleeve shirt, Coyote Camp ™ Fireline Chow,  or small first aid kit. 

All these components fit snuggly together with a  color coded, strong and stable quick release buckle system that was designed for the demands of the military.
