Shipping: All product in stock will be shipped ground delivery withing 2-3 business days, all back ordered items will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available. Lifetime Warranty:
All Thielsen products are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any gear with a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the product, free of charge. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

We do ask that you take the following steps before returning your gear for repair.
Please wash any gear being returned for repair - if you return an unclean item, we will contact you first and let you know the charge for professional cleaning prior to repairing it or mail it back to you for cleaning.
Please call 541.601.3310 or e-mail (gear1@thielsen.net) our customer service department during our normal business hours (9:00am-5pm PST Monday through Friday) for a Return Authorization Number, and one of our service people will take down details of what needs to be fixed. They will also let you know how to get the item to us. Our repair charges, if an item is not covered by our warranty, are very economical.
Charges for shipping and insuring your package are your responsibility. Please be sure to insure the contents of your package prior to shipping as Thielsen cannot be responsible or uninsured packages.
Exchanges and Returns:
Thielsen accepts returns and exchanges through the mail if purchased directly from us. If a piece of Thielsen Gear fails to meet your specifications or your expectations, we will be happy to return or exchange it for you.

Gear returned for credit or exchange must be in its original condition. We will refund you the purchase price but not including shipping and handling.
